We loved the friendly and helpful staff at Edward Charles. The place was really neat and well kept. The welcome was great, with easy paperwork and we only paid when we checked out. The cleanliness was top-notch and the sea view from our room was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed the homely atmosphere and the story of the Edward Charles family. it was great value for money and perfect for our needs as older guests.

The warm breakfast served was delicious, and the value for money was exceptional. I will definitely use this guest house again when traveling nearby.

I recently had a pleasant stay at a hotel in Mossel Bay. The hotel is situated in a good area, close to restaurants and the harbor. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The rooms were nice and well-maintained, with a lovely view of Mossel Bay. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered great value for money.

One small improvement could be made in terms of safety, as there was no non-slip mat in the shower. However, this did not detract from an otherwise comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The rooms at Edward Charles Manor are absolutely stunning! The décor is elegant and tasteful, making us feel like we were staying in a luxurious retreat on the incredible Garden Route. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, and parking was always available.

Regarding the cons, there were a few minor issues with the room decor and attention to detail, such as well-used sheets and curtains coming off their rails. It would have been nice to have face cloths in the bathrooms as well.
